Bianca was born to a family of assassin witches called the Phoenix. Each Phoenix witch is born with a very distinctive birth mark on their left wrists. The Phoenix are said to have risen from the ashes of the Salem witch trials and as such are seen as very vengeful, working for whoever pays them the most. They do not stop until their mark is dead. Although Piper cannot freeze them, so it stands to reason that they are not innately evil, only bitter. Bianca has spent the past few years doing everything she can to end her line and right the wrongs they have committed in the past.

ELECTROKINESIS ~*~ The ability to create and control energy. Usually in the form of energy balls and controlling larger electrical pulses that are already created, but when under stress her powers advance. She inherited this ability from her mother, Lynn. RECONSTITUTION ~*~ The ability to pull yourself back together again after being blown up. Presumably works as a reaction to actually being blown up rather than the owner having to make a conscious decision about it SHIMMERING ~*~ A form of magical instantaneous transportation in which the being disappears in a blur and appears suddenly the same way at the desired location. Advanced forms allow the demon to move between times and planes of existence. She inherited this power from her mother, Lynn. CONJURING ~*~ The ability to create or magnify material objects already in existence or to summon an object from another place or another time. She inherited this power from her mother, Lynn. POWER EXTRACTION ~*~ The ability to strip (but not retain for themselves) every power of an enemy. If the process is interrupted, the victim will slowly die until the process is completed.

Bianca was born the last in a long line of Witch Assassins. Her mother and grandmother before her, and many other relatives, had been born with the mark of the Phoenix on the inside of their wrists. When Bianca was born there were some twenty or thirty left of her family. They all had different last names, different powers, different nationalities, but they were all the Phoenix. Spread out across time and space in order to get their job done. Any job, really. As long as it was dark. As long as there was blood or pain, and a nice big paycheck.
A few very poignant things happened in Bianca youth, however, to transform her into something other than a cold-blooded Phoenix. The first was the appearance of the Charmed Ones in her home when she was just a child. No more than four at the most. They came, they attacked, and her mother ran off with her. She stayed with her grandmother for a while, and when her mother appeared again, Bianca could tell something was different. Something had changed in her mother, and from that moment on, it changed in Bianca as well.
Instead of homeschooling Bianca and training her to be an assassin as all the other Phoenix had been raised, Bianca was sent to a regular school. Elementary and Middle School were pretty normal for her. She was still trained in martial arts and the use of her powers, but it was less than the other Phoenix of the family. And when Bianca found out about Magic School, she begged to go. And against the better judgment of the family, her mother let her go.
There Bianca met the love of her life, Chris Halliwell. They hit it off immediately. And it wasn't until a year or so into their relationship that Piper revealed to them the future where they had been together. Bianca wasn't surprised. She figured that explained a lot. And more than that, she felt for the first time in her life that something was actually exactly how it was supposed to be.
